Looks like another company (KWG) being taken down (fallen victim) by Cliff's bankruptcies in Canada. I see that they can run away from their losses while the taxpayers of Canada can pay for the environmental problems caused by them along with the other issues of loss of work and so forth.

I can't believe that KWG would still have to go to court to fight something that Cliff's is going to leave behind anyway. I sure do hope that if it goes ahead that KWG wins and get paid for any losses that may have been incurred by the suit. But I bet that if Cliff's loses then it will claim bankruptcy and hide behind those skirts.
