Keegan, KWG put out notice around the 16th of Jan. that Loeb was going to be unloading approx. 42 million shares as a fund was wrapping up. That is why House 19 is doing most of the dumping. KWG shareholders who pay attention to the Company News are aware of what is going on. rj
