Yes, KWG has issued an NR on the unloading of shares in Loeb King fund since they King wanted to split and run his own fund. See link below

As of 16 Jan 2015, they have unloaded 8M shares from a total of 49M KWG shares. There have been speculation that there seemed to be a floor level for the SP ($0.025/s?). I have not checked the stock chart to see how many big lumps of high volume (in one shot) that have been occurring, except for today for the 10M lump at $0.02/s. Presumably Loeb just wanted to liquidate. Come to think about it, the amount ($200k) is tiny compared to their $1B fund. Hope that they have done their selling and most the shares are now in friendly hands.
Next question, what CLF is going to do with its 111M shares?...Reserved (along with cash and/or RoF assets) for paying KWG legal fees and loss of business opportunity? It would be interesting to see CLF declaring bankrupcy for the subsidiary controlling the chromite assets. Bet that this possibility is being discussed between Gravelle and Rickford (this afternoon in Ottawa?)
