Interesting find Laura, What I really found interesting was what stated in Italics underneath the first image of the map "hauling the ferrochrome to North Bay and on to Sorel, where KWG envisions a casting plant to produce stainless steel." A casting plant to produce Stainless Steel within the province of Quebec... a port city with access to the St. Lawrence River.
KWG's vision of a Casting and production plant to be located in Sorel PQ is brilliant because with the Federal election coming up, maybe the ROF will be seen by all all parties as a national project of great importance of which will benefit not only Ontario but Quebecer's as well.

The facility has a water depth of up to 11.0 meters (at Chart Datum) with both inside and outside storage areas which are constantly monitored by its computerized inventory management system. Additionally, the terminal is equipped with reach stackers, mobile cranes, and benefits from a specialized workforce.
