That came to mind as well. But why not say something like "Before the deadline of 30 Dec 2014 KWG has proposed a new amendment to the BOL/FNC agreement with respect to payments and schedules for their consideration which is expected shortly."

A date would be preferrable here, but let's waffle a bit to have some wiggle room.

Better still is some kind of general agreement among the 3 parties (e.g. payment remain the same) subject to a mutually agreed dates on the schedules of payments.

The wording in the current NR leaves too much room for speculation.
