Two statements from Nov nr that have not been advanced as yet. Does not bode well...

"proceeding with a prospectus offering of securities to fund the additional work. If the notice is not delivered within the extended time, the Option will be terminated."

"We need some time to discuss these circumstances with all the participants affected by this new reality."

Would have expected some update before now if progress on either front made.
