BTW, in the audio Rickford mentioned, if I am not mistaken (did not have time to replay it), that he had a chance to speak with the Mattawa folks and NOT in Toronto (recently,... last week?) on their concerns about the current set up of the Devco(with 4 senior bureaucrats to oversee a project with a budget of billions of dollars without a concrete plan and representation from key stakeholders).
