According to the other side, Frank and FNs are meeting with Minister Rickford in the new year...Any confirmation from KWG/Bruce?

If so, January will be a busy month for the Feds, meeting with Minister Gravelle, and this...Then, Premier Wynne will have an opportunity to meet with PM Harper to agree, in principle, on the setup for the Fed Port Authority for the RoF...according to the tea leaves.
