Just saw the video today Sunday, 14 Dec 2014. Not sure if this was the latest, but there are some comments on the RoF at ~6:20 mark.

Some key remarks mentioned/repeated by Minister Rickford:

- This is more than just a letter writing campaign (those letters with the purpose to poke people in the eyes and expect the person to come to tea the next day, as Andrea Horwath put it, LOL!)

- The province will need to put its (financial) house in order... and to come up with the detailed proposal for specific projects for the RoF with the objective to provide accress the North (road, electricity, etc...)

- DevCo would need to involve other stakeholders, not just 4 senior bureaucrats to oversee a project of this magnitude (~1B+1B matching funding).
