Most of the stuff is just blah blah blah. He was surprised to find out that there was no high- level awareness about the RoF abroad. That kind of reminds us about one of the Beatles songs...it goes something like this, with minor alteration: "It took him soooo long to find out, and he found out..." . He mentioned Alan Coutts and Probe Mines (may be Dr. David Palmer gave a presentation there). He found out (to his surprise again) that Probe has a a fair-size (chromite) deposit in the RoF as well (BC). May be this trip was good for something, as a learning opportunity about companies in his own backyard.

Near the end, not sure if there is something about he remark, something like "I am the Minister in charge, as long as I have the confidence of the Premier..." Any guess on what he was trying to telegraph?
