From comments from the Fns to date it would be hard to suggest that this resulted in a +ve conclusion.....specifically the response by Fns regarding the Dev Corp. who basically said they were advised of the creation of the dev without their input the day/night before the announcement. This appt may not be seen in a good light by Fns..same old same old from the gov't. If indeed he is to be pro-active with Feds/Fns, would it not have been better to have something of substance, ie meeting with Rickford, already arranged and included in the announcement...or is this simply another delaying move by Libs so they can now say they have someone on board who will need some time to get up to speed. Hard not to be pessimistic about any peripheral move in the ROF by Libs.
