Oops, my reply to your post went to PRB website (the trouble with multi-tasking!). Here it is below, for our KWG board. Sorry about that. Perhaps, it would be relevant to PRB as well, since it still have a fair-size deposit of chromite at BC (10M tonnes?, high grade on high ground).

PRB: Psst, wanna have a JV with KWG? LOL.
