Isn't Mr. Nolan now Vice President, Aboriginal Affairs of Noront Resources?

Rod Thomas is the current President, Prospectors & Developers Association of Canada.

In fact, Glenn Nolan was the president of the Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada on Nov. 27 2013 during the time of the interview.
