the ducks that Frank was taking about are all lining up ... nice and neat, and should the FN succeed with this hydro deal they'll will do quite nicely. With the FN taking a pro development stance, the innititive by talking to QUEBEC by bringing in megawatts of affordable hydro they will start the grid process that will bring electricitynot only into the ring but into the FN communities as well... wonder if we could somehow get onto their grid and take advantage of the cheaper hydro rates from Quebec because the price we're paying for hydro here thanks to MCGuinty is absolutley ridiculous.

The Grand Chief Lawrence Martin got it right He saw the opportunity and took the horse by the reigns...hopefully Wynne and Gravelle will sit up and take notice that the Grand Chief is a man of action and not just talk.
