Best way is for Premier Wynne to give the RoF file to a doer. Currently, we have an excellent talker who keeps on talking about a distant future "doing it right".

It would be a blast if Premier Wynne could persuade an area MPP, a Conservative (say, Fedeli) or an NDP (take your pick) to cross the floor and make this MPP Minister in charge of the RoF. Then RoF development would proceed. Presumably, Conservative Fedeli (turns Liberal) would still have enough contacts with his Fed circle, at least he would not hit people with a piece of 2x4.

This is thinking outside the box, but it is not impossible in a political theatre, lol!
