I just had a thought and I am not usually a negative person, but I think that the liberal government just threw out this $1B dollar carrot just to get seats in Northern Ontario and had no intention of spending it. If they were serious about it they would of already started the infrastructure. Too much pussy footing and smoke and mirrors. Gravelle is stuck at the chorus "we got to get it right" over and over again. Its like Wynne replays the record when it gets to the end of again. I hope KWG and the federal government can light a fire under their butts and get this thing going.
