Encouraging words, but it would be better to show us some funding commitment for specific infrastructure (NS, EW or whatever). I don't really care which one, since political leadership and comitment is what we would need. Time is getting short for the Fed (actually for everybody), only less than 1 year before the next Fed election. Let's spend some money to develop the RoF and to create thousands of jobs. It's obvious that paybacks would be plenty in various forms of taxes. As the teaching goes in Economics 101 "it takes money to make money".
