Bananaboy, leaving Cliffs with a minority share in BD probably wouldn't be on the table. They'd still be responsible for that percentage contribution to development of the mine, and they're not interested in spending any money. Based on their situation and plans, it would be more appropriate for them to divest 100% but retain an equity position, or perhaps an NSR or something non-commital.
