The sale of a minority holding in a graphite mining company was completed in August. Goncalves said he’s trying to sell a chromite project in Canada’s Ring of Fire mining region “as soon as I can.”
If CLF want to have a foothold in the RoF, it can try to unload the chromite assets to KWG (with the support from a major), but keep its KWG shares (around ~10%, following the completion of KWG PP). Or, can can liquidate the whole thing... for cash, or a combination of cash plus NSR.
