RL,
Post says: "Cliffs is still pursuing a sale of a chromite-mining project in Canada, "as soon as I can," Goncalves said."
Kindly provide the link for the above quote. Note that I have modified the title slightly to indicate that Goncalves was talking about the sale, and not the continuation of CLF proposed $3.3B BT project which is now dead, since CLF has no money to start this major undertaking.
Since KWG has 30% of BD (better grade than BT, hence should be developed first) and has expressed interest in acquiring CLF chromite assets (with support from a major, presumably), it would be a good place to start the process.
CLF could consider a cash deal (from a willing major...and friendly to KWG) plus a royalty (e.g. for its ~14% of KWG, based on an OS of 777M shares).
