Agreed that the article was lopsided.

I was about to suggest that you may want to contact the author with the missing information, but you beat me to it. Pro-active, you are!

Another suggestion would be to have a direct chat, following the e-mail, since voice contact is the next best thing after a face-to-face discussion. So if there is an opportunity you (or some others who have convenient access to the author... i.e., located nearby) might want to give the author a buzz.
