Just had a listen. Good interview.

A summary:

Current climate/problems are not good for everybody.

- Senior miners: Power rate is too high, Ontario is losing to Quebec and Manitoba, loss of jobs, hundreds of jobs, when companies relocate refinery.

- Junior mining, exploration, companies: Having problems raising money.

- Propectors (the grassroot level) are having problem accessing crown lands due to FN issues.

Uniform (transparent) rules with agreement from Govts, Fns, mining companies are required to proceed. Governments will need to lead the charge. Once this has been done, then the RoF can be developed fairly quickly.

Prerequisite: Political will, as always. Navel gazing cannot go on and on (my remarks).
