KWG closed @ $0.055 in a trade of 20,000 shares

Somehow, this trade (for~$1k) managed to get in at the close, bringing the SP from $0.060 to $0.055. The trade before that was ~0.5M shares at $0.060/s.

The daily chart shows that most trades (~96% of the total volume of 4.7M shares) were at 0.06 to a max of 0.065. Only 4% of the total volume was @ $0.055/s, with the last trade of 20,000 share at the close as mentioned above.

Somebody was trying to bring the share down to match the PP price. Speculation anyone?
