If may change your perpective if you look at the SP performance during the last month (market view of companies) of the two "active" companies in the RoF, i.e. KWG and NOT the following can be observed

- KWG SP increased by 50% (+50%)

- NOT decreased by 23% (-23%)

In my opinion, NOT is sitting pretty on its Eagle Ni deposit (plus the chromite) hence it should perform better. However, KWG is pulling ahead. I would say +50% compared to -23% is something very significant. (Disclaimer: I am shareholder of both KWG and NOT, so I would not try to put down NOT, noway, unless NOT management does unforgivable things. Just my observation on the performance of both companies).

Bottom line: Most likely, the +50% is the direct result of Frank's effort to "attract eyes and value" as you said in your post. However, I would disagree with your next statement "but it hasn't and doesn't", based on the facts presented above.
