There is very little reason why the SP should exceed five cents in the short term. With the PP still open, anyone with access to even a moderate amount of funds should be interested in buying flow-thru shares through the PP so as to get the free warrants and the tax benefits. The only way the SP would touch 5.5 on the open market would be from retail investors who don't know how to get in on the private placement.

On that note, one of these days, the PP will suddenly be fully subscribed and nobody else will be able to get a part of it. I believe that it would be useful to know when this happens. KWG will undoubtedly issue a press release to confirm this, although it might take a few days after the placement is fully subscribed for this to happen.

At that point, there will be the potential for the share price to start rising.
