"Cash can't be needed too urgently if they're willing to spend $200m on their own shares."

It seems obvious that they will sell their non-US properties to finance the buy-back. Prediction: expect a big move sooner than later regarding Cliffs RoF claims (involving Noront for sure, and perhaps a new player.) Will KWG's Big Daddy share finally be monetized in the process? I certainly hope so, and Frank Smeenk is certainly on the 'qui-vive" at this time!
