A couple of comments
1. So, Lourenco was appointed the great Kahuna who has dual duty, Chairman of the Board and CEO. He would need someone to help him running the company, a COO (Bill Boor should not waste his time applying)
2. Boor was still talking big about the easement. The ruling did not give CLF a carte blanche for CLF to start bringing in the bulldozers to build the private road. There are many factors to be dealt with, if the new CLF is still interested in chromite.
- money to develop BT
- negotiation with KWG with respect to compensation
- the government agreement for a private road
- the FNs
- etc.
Boor can dream in multi-colour and talk non-stop while he can, ...but, he will be standing outside the door soon, according to the crystal ball.
