Current management does not seem to realize that game's over. Perhaps it's just too difficult to accept the fact that the results even though "preliminary" they already have an idea how large the margin is (unless the margin is so slim that they would need an official confirmation?). It would be much better for their image accept shareholders' verdict gracefully.
However, on the other hands there would be a need to provide an orderly transition from the old to the new team. This should take a few days, untill the end of this week (1 August is coming).
Current (un-official) standing: Casablanca has a slate of 6 directors elected for an 11 member board. It should be noted that Patrice Merrin did not stand for election. Instead she joined Glencore/Xstrata board. A nice connection for Casablanca for any future dealing with Glencore?
Fine, we wait, the results are not going to disappear.
