Great news! Presumably, Casablanca slate of directors now has the majority of CLF new board (not sure how many CLF-nominated directors were elected, three?), since according the NR: "Subject to certification of the final results by the independent inspector of elections, the newly elected directors begin their terms immediately and will serve through the Company's 2015 Annual Meeting of shareholders."

The first business item for the new board would be to elect a new Chairman, ...and appoint a new CEO (Goncalves, almost certain) who will put together his "new" management team. For sure, the previous senior VP responsible for chromite, Bill Boor will not be in this team to make life difficult for KWG. Anybody would be better than this fellow.

Perhaps, Frank was already on the phone offering congrats to Goncalves and talked a bit on potential future dealing on various issues, etc.

So, we wait for a few days for the 2nd shoe to drop.
