goodheart

It may be true that side deals have already arranged/lined up for the chromite package that KWG has a foothold in: 30%BD (CLF/70%), 80% BH (BOL/20%). Some factors to consider for the control of the chromite deposits (and KWG):

- One example is recent buy in of BOL (after BOL 20% chromite?).

- Casablanca, if succeded in gaining control of CLF on 29 July, will have control of 70%BD...and 111M KWG shares (~same as your 109M shares) = 14% of KWG_OS.

- Frank and Management have a few % (w/o the wts and opts). But their control would jump significantly, assuming most of the wts and opts are on management side (206M/985sharesFD = 20.9%). I don't have the exercise prices for all the wts and options (perhaps someone could provide this info) but let's assume that they are not too far off from $0.10 (even double that to $0.20) it would be probable that they would all be exercised when the time is right (bold guess on my part, I know).

- A side note: Frank just sold 15M wts @ $0.008/wt which will expire on Monday 21 July 2014 The exercise price is $0.10/wt, so for $125,000, that entity will most likely will exercise those wts giving KWG $1.5M, since according to SH_johnale, the average price of holdings of that entity is $0.18. Average down, roll the dice with the hope/aim to make some money in the end, presumably.

- KSU had some 10%OS, 2 years ago. Assuming most of the major holders in this group still hold on to their shares, so KSU still has ~10%.

- Supershares: Your post says: "The super shares at this point are unnecessary as kwg is in play behind the scenes already". It may appear that the deals are brewing, but players are still trying to position themselves. One of the key players is Frank, may be he has something up his sleeve. He could use the supershares to line up friendly partners who must follow the rules for buying share above a certain price (not pennies). A an example, @ $0.10 the supershares would be worth $5.0. If Pope & Company were right in its target price prediction ($0.20/s) then we are talking about $10/supershare, etc, etc...

- Poison pill provision: I understand that it has expired, but it can be quickly reinstated. I will leave this for future discussions, actually for your speculations. What can we do with it?

All this would boil down to control. Everyone is a control freak, including Frank who I would trust to run this ship, since I would not expect him to try to run it aground.

Just my rambling as we wait until 29 July the 30 July for further development.
