It doesn't matter if speculative buy, it is always speculative buy. Exposure is much more important. We already see some new buyers coming in. Many followers of Jay will probably watch right now KWG and buy shares and that will put pressure on ask side. Liquidity is also here good word. With more buying KWG could finally go up and yes come to that target price 20 Cents...
