It was reported that CLF has 11% of KWG OS.

11% of 777M = 85M shares. Thought that CLF had over 100M shares (14% after the patent deal, and 16% a couple of years back). Did it dispose some of the shares quietly somehow, without reporting? Even though it does not have any representative on the BoD, it is deemed an insider since it has more than 10%.
