This is the third time Cliffs' have gone all out to defeat the Super Share Plan. Can anyone offer any explanation as to why they are so dead-set against it? Would it have anything to do with our very tightly controlled share price for the past several years? There has to be some kind of reason why they are so adamant in their refusal to allow this to happen. They obviously still harbour much animosity towards KWG and don't seem to mind showing their intention to not offer any kind of olive branch in the way of co-operation even as they are almost in their "death throes" according to many analysts and Casablanca. I wonder what Frank expects will happen on July 29th when Cliffs hold their Annual Meeting? rj
