It would be unimaginable to see the Appeal Court going for a ruling in favour of CLF, a deeply troubled company. The Appeal Court will need some time to write up the ruling, one week perhaps , but that should not take 5 weeks, for an open and shut case, ...then send the case back to the Commission.

It would be expected that the ruling would include an order for CLF to compensate KWG for the court cost (ditto for the ruling by the Commission). Bet that Frank and Moe would probably have the bills ready for CLF.

Hope that the ruling be handed down before July 29, so that the CLF as we now know still exists for paying the bills. Payment with CLF 14% of KWG, instead of cash, would be acceptable. Perhaps Frank should have a chat with CLF with this hint.

May be, CLF would vote Yes (or at least abstain?) this time for the 1 to 50 super-share for some favour in return.
