Richard Nemis's Bold Ventures Inc. (BOL: $0.075) is now offering 3.85 million shares at 6.5 cents and 7.69 million flow-through shares at 6.5 cents. It had initially attempted to raise the $750,000 at seven cents. The cash is for working capital and exploration of precious and base metals projects in Quebec. Bold also has the Black Horse chromite play at Koper Lake in Northern Ontario that it is promoting with -- and occasionally against -- KWG Resources Inc. (KWG: $0.065). KWG, the operator at Black Horse, rolled out a resource estimate last year. Mr. Nemis promptly huffed that the estimate was "preliminary in nature," based on limited data, and therefore required more work. It is easier to be diligent about details when others are footing the bill."
