My understanding was that Cliffs Appeal was scheduled for tomorrow, June 16 & 17th before

Justice T. Lederer of the Ontario Divisional Court in Toronto, yet the monthly Court Docket shows him tomorrow hearing Case C57949 between MDM Plastics Limited and Vincor International Inc. Am I wrong with the June 16 & 17 dates or has there been a change re the Appeal? KWG Appeal of the Attorney General 30 minute intervention has not been addressed yet, to my knowledge. A little clarification by somebody, anybody, would be most helpful and appreciated. rj
