We have to be the strongest possible despite our near-billion float, and I am absolutely amazed at the incredibly ingenious way that the KWG team managed to find a way of getting us strong corporatively speaking, without splitting the float in any manner!

I studied the proposal from all sides in 2012, reviewed it recently, and I cannot find any fail in the proposition. The right to revert back the 50 rolled "dimes" to their original bunch of 50 free "dimes" prevents the operation from being a consolidation of shares. Please guys: bring me arguments to prove me wrong! (Appart from: "I hate Reverse Splits" - because it is in no way a reverse split! NO WAY - even if one wants it to have such a result, it may not, sorry). I challenge anybody who dare to pretend that this operation is a reverse split to explain his point, citing the exact parts of the document - or of the legislation. I am not an expert, but I'm able to read and I stand to be corrected.

Amazingly brilliant! Period! Let's get it done this time, and let's become the first (I guess) to make this 'rolling dimes' idea a reality!
