Very nice 2 pages, in good fonts. The proposed legislation appears quite comprehensive and it looks as if it was written by some smart laywers, lol.

The proposed corporation is self-financed and may not cost the government a cent.

The government in power (majority or otherwise) after the election would just need to introduce it in the Legislature and would get support from other parties.

That's my impression after a very quick scan.
