Black Horse deposit has an Inferred Resource Now 85.9 Million Tonnes @ 34.5%
bananaB,
the "ramblings" very were good though. It had may good points. My comments on a few of them:
1. Baosteel: If Baosteel tries to have a majority control over the RoF chromite then it would run into problem with the governments, control of a strategic resources by a foreign entity, etc...Currently, it has less than 10% of NOT (while RCF has almost 20% of NOT). In my opinion, Baosteel just want to keep and eye on the situation, and in the end it may want to become a minority partner, just to have some peace of mind about future supply (they, the Chines, have a very long-term view).
2. RCF: Not sure it it wants to snap up the whole thing. They in this for the money, hence would play kingmaker for maximum profits. They might want to snap up some of CLF holdings (they have raised $2B) starting small with 14% of KWG, and go on from there, 70% of BD, or part of this?
3. E-W road: This or the alternate of it on KWG map, or both to satisfy all FN communities would be a good starting point for the government. The N-S RR and small service road can come later.
4. MPP and Minister Gravelle: Don't understand his failure to recognize that CLF proposed BT project is dead. He was/and is still talking about CLF as a major to develop the RoF. Is this to protect him and the Lib governement for various "alleged" promises to CLF?
5. KWG has a good portfolio, including the esker claims which KWG would be willing to "donate" to the Development Corporation to have a seat (and some say) at the table.
Overall, it should be good for KWG. Does anyone see Glencore lurking in the shadow?
