Message: Leave to Appeal

It appears to me that the recent hearing re the Attorney-General's desire to intervene in the Mining Commissioner's ruling of last Sept against Cliffs and the subsequent alloting of a 30 minute time period given to the AG during the Appeal did not sit to well with KWG. We were told by our IR that it was only a procedural matter but if so, why is KWG appealing the ruling by the judge giving the AG a 30 minute intervention time slot? This seems very troubling and I wonder if this will possibly delay the June 16th hearing? God knows we have been in limbo since Cliffs launched this appeal last October and are we in for more delay? Does anyone have any idea of what actually the AG brought up during the request for intervention that would possibly trigger KWG's response in asking that the 30 minute intervention be overturned? Hopefully not more delays. People on various sites such as this frequently mention it is the "penny flippers" who are keeping KWG share price so low but with the well over 1 million on the ask day after day for just .05 cent more than the bid, how could any penny flipper get any kind of gain? The share price just gets locked in a half cent range and does not deviate day after day. Anyone with any factual info on the above would be well appreciated. rj
