Thanks for this enlightening input SN! I agree with you that the coming announcement may be disapointing. E/W road perhaps and not much else... But the uncommon insider action on KWG and sudden but keeping up SP movement on both NOT and KWG shares and warrants during the last few weeks makes me believe that this could be a prelude to something important (I refrain from using the word 'cusp'!!!). "THE" announcement will not come from the government, I think, but the Gov. could well be followed by a surprising private announcement in the short term. You mention Vale/Glencore and I"m quite certain that they have a fixed binocular pointed in the RoF working non-stop... Vale has in fact Inco's blood in it, and yes they are frigid to FN dances! But be assured they are alert, hidden behind the bushes awaiting the right moment to get in when dancers calm down... 2014 is full of promises for RoF investors... At last!!!
