Hello rj,

I recall reading the same thing as well, i.e. KWG kind of jump the gun to release the report and was forced to withdraw the report(s?), but I have not checked to see if they were eventually submitted to SEDAR or not.

But on the other hand, the "other story" where CLF was reported to have requested KWG to carry out the evaluation (they were chums at that time). This story was widely discussed as well. So, I have not dug in deep enough to verify the stories one way or the other.

Regardless, the cat (may be 2 cats) has been out of the bag and we know who has the cats, and what kind of cats. The valuations were done professionally by two respectable firms, hence they could be used, at least, as a good starting point.

If there were a hostile take over attempt (say, with a low-ball offer) then the valuation could be re-done, if required, to provide some guidance to KWG BoD for their decision to reject the offer.

A re-valuation could be done very quickly by just taking into account all additional "values" that KWG now has, e.g. BH, the new technology for chromite conversion that requires no electricity subsidy from the Prov, and the favourable decision of the Lands Commissioner on the easement (my guess is that CLF will lose the Appeal...In addition, they have postponed BT mine plan indefinitely because they have no money and their trouble with Casablanca), etc.

Agreed with you that David seems to have good aim with his slingshot.
