So current management is bargaining, instead of 6 they offer 2 independent +1 mutually agreed.
Assuming that all 5 largest shareholders are not directly linked to management, and if they form a block of 5, their control of CLF would be at least 5.2% x 5 = 26% (Casablanca is the smallest, but most vocal). It would be interesting to have some info on the other 4 (names, holdings, and their position on the proxy fight). Anyone?
