Take-away points:

1. It's not a good strategy to give people, especially governments, ultimatum (something like give us more money or we will close down the plants, which were rescued thanks to Canadian money from both goverments when Chrysler was in the state of bankrupcy). Talking about "biting the hands that fed you".

2. So, Chrysler does not want the $700M handout any more...This means the two governments would have an extra $700M for the RoF infrastructure?
