The NR states:

"A number of Mr. Halverson's key strategic initiatives include:

· halting development of the Chromite Project indefinitely;...."

Is this a more definite statement compared to what have been released by CLF? In other words, can we read a bit more into it and assume that CLF is getting out of the ROF?
