this easement issue has become a distorted political issue.....the socialist mentally that prevails in Toronto, is that, the government should seize the KWG claims/land rights for the betterment of the common good.....Cliffs has corrupted the entire Ontario Mining Act, by a thuggish approach, problem resolution....little wonder the AG is going to represent the Province....
