I have forwarded this fine study to Premier Wynne several months ago and I believe she has "shared" that with the minister responsible, Hon. Michael Gravelle. The supervising professor of that study was (still is?) at U of T which is just next-door to Queen's Park. It would be easy enough to get her over to have a chin-wag, over tea/coffee/whatever.

It would not hurt if others raise this issue as part of the Northern Development to both the Prov and Feds.

The concept of the Ring of Railroad (RoR), with annotated satellite image and all, was sent to PM Harper before that... and his office has forwared to the FedNor minister (minister Tony Clement at that time). Don't recall if Port of Moosonee idea was included in that communication. Perhaps, someone should send the new FedNor minister Greg Rickford a reminder?
