Easement: Yes, I misread it. But my guess is that KWG does not have to wait until then to submit the doc. As an optimist I would say, just one quick look and the Appeal Court can have a snappy decision, something like "CLF appeal has no merit what-so-ever". I believe no reason is required for the decision, sometimes the court may decide not to hear the appeal?
