What KWG needs right now is some Big Investors that will finance rail, this is much more important since KWG already has BD. This could be also some Off take agreement between parties involved. If not KWG could look for some Big Buyer like Glencore or Teck, it is still Big Money to earnf or any company that has enough money to invest in ROF, I mean enough Cash, not some broke CLF... Yes KWG could easily be taken over for 20 Cents...
