I have no comments about your Bob the Rae, just one hope that he would wear a tee that has the words "for the benefits of Canada" rather than just rhetoric talks. He's an exellent orator and could put that in good use to convince the FN folks that this is good for the Country.

Minister Joe Oliver is the Fed Minister of Natural Resources, but 2 other key people for this RoF file is Clement (head honcho of the TB) and Rickford (Greg) who was handed this file, as the FedNor Minister responsible for the RoF (he was not happy with the Prov, but seemed to be in a better mood after Wynne met with Harper early last month. But of course, everything would depend on our Supreme Kahuna (you know who). If he say GO and the RoF will go ahead.
